  1. Worst service ever! Their phone support nor live chat gets nothing done!

I own a business and let me say if you want reliable good service, this is NOT the place. Their staff don’t know anything and any additional help you need, you will need to email admin. When I asked what is the estimated turnaround time for my problem, the guy on the phone told me the admin is not in. (Note: this is 9:41am Tuesday). Fine, maybe it’s only 1 guy who has all the almighty power and that he might be in a meeting. Still, there should be a response turnaround time that’s typical, so I asked again will it get done today (my site and emails were down for the WHOLE weekend and my staff has been scrambling to work with them). The phone support told me, admin will get to it when they get to it.

You know what this tells me?
    1. Over the weekend they provided no help for my web guys. All they mention was that our site was “hacked” and they have shut down everything without giving notice.
    2. Later we ask them to send us emails of what needs to get done. They said they sent the emails; later on i called to confirm that they DID NOT send the emails to the addresses we provided and the phone service even AGREED they did not send those when they earlier said they sent them. WOW!
    3. Finally we have decided to scrap everything and rebuild the site. The cost of a new site is less than the cost of down website.

I understand bad things happen. But the attitude of the customer service and the lack of knowledge or ability to resolve problems is a big no-no. So if you want to build a person site for fun and doesn’t matter if you run into problems and take a week or two to fix, Omnis is good and cheap. If your business depends on reliable service and good tech support, go else where.

Sorry Omnis, been your customer for almost 5-6 years (pretty much since you guys were just starting), you are going to lose me.

  2. Very poor support but overall a good cheap option if you know what you are doing. But forget about asking your questions from their support department as everyone in there are noobs.

  3. Horrible experience, the customer service guys are so rude and nasty that it’s like dealing with some telephone gangsters. I strongly recommend to stay away with your stuff from these guys.
    Very bad experience
