  1. I don’t like the support. It’s literally horrible! Seriously, 1st level service dont read, understand, or know what they are doing when you open a ticket. Other than that the service is smooth & i’ve never had any downtime other than when I needed their support & I wasn’t getting any.

  2. Very reliable! Well I have been with them for 4 years, and I’m a webmaster of multiple websites, some of them are hosted on dedicated servers (knownhost) & others are on shared servers on different hosts (hostgator, justhost) but I think Eleven2 are very reliable. I’ve been getting good speed since 4 years, and I’ve never noticed any downtime. Some of the hosts’ speed vary with time, but Eleven2′s speed is consistently good. So I would highly recommend it.
Although I’m not very sure about the support as I’m a pro and I’ve never needed any support, so I cannot tell you if it’s good or not; but if you want a reliable host with consistently good speed throughout, then choose eleven2.

  3. P.O. box as address? I don’t like that, already!
True hosting companies should have their own data centers.
